1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Juhapura Mart (the platform), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Use of the Platform
Juhapura Mart is a hyperlocal marketplace for residents of Juhapura, Sarkhej, Makarba, and surrounding areas. The platform may only be used for lawful purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Orders and Bookings
When you place an order or book a service, you are entering into a transaction facilitated by Juhapura Mart. For services, our team will contact you within 15 minutes to confirm the booking and assign a professional. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is accepted via cash, UPI, credit card, or debit card. For laundry services, payment is collected at time of booking. For other services, payment terms are agreed directly with the service provider through our platform.
5. Service Quality Guarantee
Every service booked through Juhapura Mart carries our quality guarantee. If a service does not meet the standard described or agreed upon, we will arrange a redo at no cost, or issue a full refund — at our discretion and following investigation. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Laundry orders may be cancelled before pickup for a full refund. Service bookings may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Service Provider Conduct
All service providers on Juhapura Mart are independent professionals, not employees of Juhapura Mart. We vet and monitor all providers, but we are not liable for their conduct beyond our guarantee commitments. If you experience unprofessional conduct, report it to us immediately at +91 74348 92150.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Juhapura Mart platform — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Juhapura Mart or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juhapura Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability in any event is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
